Since many years HELIMA is developing and producing the Georgian System for the insulting glass market.
With the Georgian System 2000 HELIMA provides a seam-welded aluminium muntin bar, which satisfies the continous growing requirements of the market.
The new production process in connection with the established, hightech HELIMA coating system sets new quality standards in the muntin bar technology.

Mechanical and technological features of the coating have been designed following RAL- RG 631 “Unit coating of aluminium building components” for use in non-corrosive environments. These coatings are fogging-free (DIN EN 1279-6:2002 Appendix F).
Surface Features
Uniform shiny metal or coloured surface.
The degree of lustre of the colour coatings can be selected from a range of 10 = “unpolished” to 80 = “high finish”. Different types of coatings are available; this includes, in particular, two-tone colours in different combinations of the colours we offer, as well as diverse wood patterns.
Flexibility
Can be used for special bending facilities, depending on model.

Packed in boxes and containers 4 / 5 / 6 metres long.
